• Shave the area 24–48 hours before your appointment — do not wax, pluck or epilate for four weeks before.
• Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds and self-tan for two weeks beforehand.
• Come with clean skin — no makeup, lotions, deodorant or perfume on the area.
• Let us know if you've started any new medications, especially antibiotics.

• Apply SPF 50 daily for at least four weeks; avoid sunbeds entirely between sessions.
