• Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds and self-tan for at least two weeks before your appointment.
• Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to treatment.
• Arrive with the area clean, makeup- and lotion-free.

• Apply a high-factor SPF (50+) every day on treated areas for at least four weeks.
• Skip hot showers, saunas and intense workouts for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid harsh actives (retinol, AHAs, scrubs) on the treated area for a few days.
• Stay hydrated and moisturise gently to support healing.
